FOL: VESSEL STRUCK SUBMERGED ROCKS IN WATER. ALL OVER DAMAGE ENSUED TO UNIT INCLUDING DECK AREA. UNIT INCURRED PRIOR SPRAY PAINT DAMAGE EVIDENT TO STARBOARD SIDE BY VANDALS.

Hull appears to be in poor condition with cracks/gouges and holes in deep hull area on both the port and starboard sides from impact. Rubrail appears to be in fair condition with scrapes/gouges evident. Engine/components appear to be in poor condition with severe damage to lower prop and upper unit. Housing bracket is cracked at the transom area. Unable to confirm run status or water intrusion. Meters/guages/electronics appear to be in fair condition with damage to console and windshield. Console has been dislodged from base anchor in decking. Unable to assess function of electronics/components. Seats/upholstery/cushions appear to be in poor condition with scrapes/tears/rips prevalent including stains and discoloring of fabric.
